We like to be transparent when it comes to operational costs. For that reason, we don’t charge any whacky costs and have a single standard pricing that is one of the most competitive in the industry.

What is VROMO’s pricing model?

We have one transparent pricing model. A VROMO account costs $99 USD per month. This includes your first 400 deliveries with an additional $0.25 charge per order thereafter We also offer a two-week free trial as well as custom pricing for enterprise-level businesses. If you are an enterprise-level business please email us at sales@vromo.io for a custom quote.

What payment methods does VROMO accept?

Our current payment gateway is direct debit payments with GoCardless and card payments through Stripe.

Does VROMO charge on canceled orders?

If the job is canceled immediately, it doesn’t count toward the total orders in the month. If it is canceled once a driver has been allocated and the job is underway this will count towards the monthly cap.

What about telephony costs?

SMS and in-app calls and messages are all included in our plans. No after-the-fact charges. We estimate telephony costs based on order volume and provide that level of transparency and predictability to our customers up-front. We set fair usage caps based on the predicted number of orders and the only extra charges are associated with overages on orders/deliveries in a monthly period.

Does VROMO charge on canceled orders?

Is there a different pricing model for dark kitchens or cloud kitchens?

Absolutely not! Our subscription is the same across the board whether you are a customer-facing restaurant or operating a dark kitchen model.
